Follow your heart and instincts. Never try to be perfect, just be yourself and enjoy yourself on the field.

Works as a maintenance manager in Springs for Element Six. Really enjoy my work which is almost the same as refereeing, no day is the same.
Just like in rugby, I have the same sequence of events before every game I referee, and the nerves are just as high as when you wait for the kick-off to happen. Then it's 80 minutes of pure adrenalin and fun.
